Notification center
Persistent notification history and live updates in the desktop app.
Use the notification center to review new and older alerts, open the related session or pull request, and clear items you no longer need. Notification history and read state persist across app restarts.
Available controls
- browse one newest-first feed and load older records by scrolling;
- open the related session or pull request;
- open the panel to mark loaded unread records as read;
- catch up through paginated history after the app reconnects.
Electron app toasts are a presentation of the same durable records while the desktop is running. There is no tallpine notify, tallpine setup, routing preset, JSONL notification store, or external notifier configuration in the current CLI.
Opening the panel marks loaded unread items as read; it does not clear them. Clear one item or the whole feed to remove alerts from the center. Paired mobile devices can receive push notifications when permission is granted and the daemon can reach the push service. Turn notifications off on the phone, or remove it in Connect Mobile. This does not enable legacy Slack, Discord, or webhook notifier plugins.
